Alcatraz for the tribunal

We might hope to try the islamic radicals in the Marine base but O Bomb Us has made up his mind and a second spot must be chosen or not try them at all------If we take them to the Rock use the money allocated to create a better jail , tribunal and let the military try these pirate radical Islamists. Then give them the long delayed justice they deserve. Any one that looks at the Geneva Convention will soon learn that to get protection from the Geneva convention the person must be in uniform not in civilian clothing also they must represent a country and be fighting for the country........ During WWII sabotures were not given meranda rights, convention rights and they could not expect any less than an immediate interrigotion and execution after all hope of good information was exhusted. I think of these scum as pirates who wish to impose their ideology on any one near-----they will kill and maime women and children and even get them to do their dirty work.........If Alcatraz is used --I hope some try to escape and swim to freedom-- the swim will be a short one ending in a dinner for a shark. THIS WOULD SAVE MONEY AND TROUBLE-----CARRING OUT THE DEATH SENTENCE. WITHOUT THE GUARANTEE OF OUR CONSTITUTION THESE PERSONS ARE GUILTY TILL PROVEN INNOCENT. NO WHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION DOES IT GIVE THE PROTECTION
